BE ADVISED, these leggings are NOT compression pants. They will help keep you warm and wick away sweat as a base layer. They will help prevent rash and friction burns on the BJJ mats or in the surf, but rough mats may scuff up the material. When stretching the material or in a deep squat, the white of the material may show through.
